Ensure skin is clean and dry before application. Cut the tape to desired length and shape. Apply gently, smoothing from the center outward to avoid air bubbles. Remove slowly and carefully, supporting surrounding skin to minimize irritation.

Always spray onto clean, moisturised skin, pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears work best. Do not rub the fragrance after applying as this breaks down the scent molecules. For longer lasting wear, apply an unscented body lotion to skin first.
