Apply to clean, damp hair after shampooing, concentrating on mid-lengths and ends. Leave on for 2-5 minutes. Comb through to distribute evenly. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Use daily for optimal softness, or as an intensive mask 1-2 times weekly.
