Rinse mouth with 10-15ml for 30-60 seconds, twice daily after brushing. For active ulcers, rinse after meals as well. Do not swallow. If symptoms persist beyond seven days, consult a healthcare professional.

Always spray onto clean, moisturised skin, pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears work best. Do not rub the fragrance after applying as this breaks down the scent molecules. For longer lasting wear, apply an unscented body lotion to skin first.
