Wet hair thoroughly. Apply shampoo and gently massage into scalp with fingertips, avoiding vigorous rubbing. Leave for 1–2 minutes to allow calming ingredients to soothe. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 2–3 times weekly or as needed.
