After shampooing, apply to damp hair, concentrating on mid-lengths and ends. Leave on for 5-10 minutes for regular conditioning or 15-20 minutes for intensive treatment. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 1-2 times weekly or as needed for optimal moisture restoration and hair health.
