Wet hair and apply shampoo to scalp, massaging gently for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For persistent dandruff, leave on scalp for 5 minutes before rinsing. Use 2-3 times weekly or as needed. Follow with a lightweight conditioner on hair lengths.
