Hold the bottle 6–8 inches from the underarm and spray once or twice. Allow to dry before dressing. Reapply throughout the day as needed for fresh fragrance and effective odour protection.

Always spray onto clean, moisturised skin, pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears work best. Do not rub the fragrance after applying as this breaks down the scent molecules. For longer lasting wear, apply an unscented body lotion to skin first.
