After shampooing, apply to damp hair from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for 1-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For intensive nourishment, leave on for 5-10 minutes. Use daily with the Nutricurls Shampoo for optimal results on wavy and curly hair.
