Ensure the foot is clean and completely dry before application. Place the plaster directly on the blister, pressing down firmly to secure all edges. Change every 2–3 days. Continue use until fully healed.

Always spray onto clean, moisturised skin, pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears work best. Do not rub the fragrance after applying as this breaks down the scent molecules. For longer lasting wear, apply an unscented body lotion to skin first.
